Terms of Service

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Glenview Photo. LLC and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing and signed by all parties involved.

All package pricing are stated at the time of booking and are due after final images proof. The Session booking fee is due at time of scheduling to insure a preferred time and date of session. Rain dates will be scheduled as soon as possible or a studio session will be offered. If a member of your family is sick please contact me within 48 hours to reschedule. Failure to show up for your session results in the forfeiture of your session fee. Please do not bring your camera or any recording device to the session. This includes using cell phones. Extended family sessions are subject to additional fees. Basic retouching is included in your session fee. Online galleries are limited to one week. There is a $30 reposting fee to extend the gallery another week. A 50% deposit is required at the ordering session and may be paid by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa. All ordered images are kept on file for a period of one year. Any unordered images may be destroyed after 30 days of the ordering appointment. A $50 archiving fee can be applied to hold your unordered images for a year. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Current pricing is guaranteed for a period of 60 days from the date of your session. It is strictly forbidden and against the Federal Copyright Law to download or save any images online or to scan and/or reprint or post images for personal use.
